The Court of Seville refuses to annul the order in which it ordered to reopen the cause of the mine of Aznalcóllar.

Alaya (the Judge) insists that there are indications of crime in the adjudication of the Aznalcóllar mine by the Junta.

The Judge has reaffirmed in his decision to reopen the proceedings, and she has rejected the incidents of nullity that officials of Junta de Andalucía and the company Minorbis  had raised, which also condemned to pay the costs.

It considers that there are “solid” indications of the possible commission of a crime of prevarication that “must be investigated further”, which also condemned to pay the costs.
